To Clear the Channels and Raise the Kundalini

PART ONE

POSTURE: Sit on your heels with the knees spread wide. If you are flexible you can drop into Celibate Pose with the buttocks on the ground between the heels.

MUDRA: Press all the finger tips of one hand to the corresponding finger tips of the opposite hand. Press firmly and evenly. The palms face each other but do not touch. The fingers are slightly spread and point forward, away from the body; the hands are held between the solar plexus and the Heart Center.

EYES: Close your eyes and concentrate at the Navel Point.
